Who We Are

My sales career spans more than 25 years specializing in consumer electronics and technology-related goods and services.  I have been a licensed realtor since 2001 and I’ve served in a leadership capacity at both the North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (MLS) and the Collin County Association of Realtors.

As a broker, I have recently opened Renaissance Realty Group and partnered with award-winning residential construction company, Quality Craftsman Inc, to provide our clients with a one-stop solution in acquiring, financing and updating properties in the established neighborhoods of North Dallas.

What makes us different?

My brother Tim and I have been buying and renovating homes in the North Dallas area for a number of years now.  As experienced real estate investors we always think in terms of what “value” we are adding to the property.  We exercise this same thought process on behalf of our clients as well.

Our biggest challenge?

Most people, not having a background in construction, cannot visualize what the finished product will look like.

With more than 25 years experience in real estate and residential construction we have the staff and the expertise to deliver any job on-budget and on-time.  By featuring a portfolio of our past work, coupled with the use of advanced design software tools, we can not only show you what the finished project will look like, but also provide you with a firm fixed-price quote as to how much it will cost giving you peace of mind that the project will be done right.
